Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of the custom made items, there are no refunds or exchanges on our personalized and custom made items. Please be sure to provide the correct spelling and information for all personalized items. Refunds are not given for mistakes made during the checkout process. Be sure to double check for proper capitalization and spelling, as auto-spell-check sometimes thinks differently than what you have in mind!

If we have made an error, we will gladly make it correct & replace the item, or issue a refund if we are unable to replace the item.

Monogramming Etiquette

GIRLS & WOMEN (and BABY boys!): monograms are usually sewn in First, LAST, Middle order. For example,  Mary Jane Smith appears as mSj (all upper case, with larger center letter). Many moms choose this format for baby boys as well!

BOYS & MEN:  monograms are typically sewn in First, Middle, Last order (all uppercase and same size). For example: Michael John Smith would appear as  MJS (all same size). NOTE: many moms choose First LAST Middle (mSj) order for baby boy items!

STACKED monograms are very popular for boys. The first & middle name letters are stacked on the left side, with the larger last name letter on the right.

Production Time.  Please allow 5-10 BUSINESS days for me to make your personalized item. Your order is special and custom made just for you! This also allows time for me to order fabrics and materials, if needed.

If you need the item sooner, please contact me before ordering. PLEASE CHECK THE SHOP ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR ANY CHANGES IN THE CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME.

Shipping Carriers & Shipping Charges.  Items are shipped from Manchester, TN via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage. Heavier items such as multiple blankets may be shipped via UPS.    We only ship within the US.

Shipping charges   Shipping charges are based on the item's packaged weight and dimensions.  At check out, you will be given the choice between USPS Advantage Ground (previously known as First Class Mail), USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.    If I notice that the cart incorrectly calculated shipping charges, I will gladly refund you the difference.  

Transit Time  will depend on the shipping service chosen. USPS Ground Advantage is the most economical, but will take longer to arrive.  Transit time with USPS Ground Advantage ranges from 4-7 days, depending on your location.  USPS Priority Mail is slightly more expensive but transit time is generally shorter, ranging from 1-3 days.

Local Pickup  If you are in the Manchester, TN area and would like to pick up your order, please choose the "Porch Pick Up" option at checkout. I will message you with pickup details when your order is ready to be picked up.

Fabric Choice / Availability  If an appliqué fabric is no longer available for a certain listing, I will substitute it with a similar color, pattern and theme.   If you would like to use another fabric pattern or color scheme, please contact me before placing the order. I have a lot of fabrics to choose from and can provide photos of ideas once you tell me what you have in mind.

What should I expect when requesting a proof?

IF REQUESTING A PROOF, PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL or TEXT MESSAGES often, depending on contact information provided.   A PROMPT REPLY IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE NO DELAYS IN SHIPMENT OF YOUR ITEM. Proofs are usually sent within 2-3 business days.

IF A REPLY OR AN APPROVAL IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 3-4 business DAYS  of sending the proof, I will use my BEST JUDGEMENT to complete the order, POSTPONE SHIPPING, or CANCEL the ORDER.

How do I request a PROOF?

If a pull down menu option for a proofs is not available, simply add your request in the  "Note To Seller" box at checkout and provide your contact information.   Proofs are usually sent within 2-3 business days. BE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS NOT GOING TO JUNK MAIL.
